How do I request the Tech Office to purchase new hardware or software for work?
Open a new Help Desk ticket from the Help Desk Portal and select the Category "Purchase". Fill in the Issue Summary with a brief idea of what you want to purchase, such as "laptop", "Adobe Acrobat Pro", etc and give a fuller description of the item(s) in the Details box.You will be contacted by someone from the Tech Office to clarify any details regarding your purchase request. Shortly after that your supervisor will receive a notice that a quote for your items has been prepared. Your supervisor will then approve or reject the request and Tech will proceed as directed.
