Checking Active Directory (AD) for Called Worker Cloud Account
Log in to Active Directory  

Right click on "sab.local" and select Find.

Enter the last name in the Name field and select Find Now button.

Double click on the desired name and the Properties form will be displayed.

From the General tab - Verify their email address is correct. If it is incorrect change it and select the Apply button. (Make sure their email address is not tied to another account such as a church or school account.

Select the Account tab its here you will find their username in the User logon name field. Remember to include the @wels.net portion.

To close out select the OK button.
