Frequently Asked Questions

To reset your Blackbaud Hosting Services Password, log in to Blackbaud Hosting services. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen you will see your name, click on this to reveal a drop-down menu. Select "Change Password" from the menu. Please note that Blackbaud has placed very strict requirements on acceptable passwords. The password requirements are listed below:

These are the password requirements.
- Passwords are case sensitive.
- Do not use all or part of the user’s first name, last name or account name.
- Use at least twelve characters.
- Do not use one of the user’s 10 previous passwords.
- Do not use hyphens.
- Do not use regional symbols such as £ or €
- Use characters from three of the four following categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic characters (e.g. $, #, %)
