How do I check the status of a ticket I've submitted?
You may have received an email notification after you sent in the ticket. The ticket number in that email contains a link that will take you directly to the Help Desk Portal and to that ticket's information.
As long as you have the ticket number, you can also go to the Help Desk Portal and click the "Check Ticket Status" link. Then, enter your ticket number and your email address to see that ticket's information.
